Shipping During Covid-19
Due to increased demand for exercise equipment and business closures across the country, many of our suppliers have limited inventory. Many products are currently unavailable or experiencing very long processing and shipment times. We appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time. We are working around the clock, 7 days a week, to best help meet your gym equipment needs.
Are products in-stock?
Fitness Goals Zone ships direct from manufacturers. Many warehouses are processing orders and shipping products with reduced staffing. In many cases, inventory updates are delayed. We cannot always tell if a product is in stock until the warehouse confirms the order.
If it is determined that a product is out of stock, we will send you an email confirming cancellation of your order. Your credit card will not be charged. We understand that order cancellations are disappointing, and appreciate your understanding.
How long is delivery?
Fitness Goals Zone ships direct from manufacturers. Many warehouses are processing orders and shipping products with reduced staffing, resulting in very long shipment times.
Most orders are requiring a minimum of 2-3 weeks for delivery. Some suppliers are requiring up to 30-60 days for delivery. We are not able to expedite most orders at this time.
