Shipping and Returns

Shipping Rates:

We offer FREE Shipping on most items anywhere in the continental United States (48 contiguous states). Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Delivery Schedule:

We ship most orders within two business days. Some special order items take longer. The majority of orders ship via standard ground service direct from the manufacturer. You can expect to receive your shipment within 5-10 business days, unless the item is special order. Shipment delivery dates are estimates only and subject to confirmation by the manufacturer.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within ten business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

Shipping Restrictions:

We regret that we cannot ship orders to PO Boxes.

For orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO addresses, please contact us, as extra shipping charges may apply. Some products cannot be shipped directly to these addresses, usually due to size and/or weight limitations.


Fitness Goals Zone does not currently ship outside the United States. If you are interested in shipping internationally, third party international freight and mail forwarding companies may be able to help you with this process. Please note that Fitness Goals Zone does not assume any responsibility for managing freight forwarders. It is the customer’s responsibility to establish, manage, and maintain all business with third party freight forwarders, including any costs incurred. Also note that standard manufacturer warranties on fitness equipment are typically valid for products purchased and used in the United States. Manufacturer warranties may be voided when products are used outside the US.

Delivery Information:

Small orders will be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS service. Large orders, such as home gyms, treadmills and weight sets, will be shipped via motor freight trucking companies.

Orders arriving by freight truck are delivered CURBSIDE ONLY. This is standard policy with most shipping companies. You should receive a call 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a convenient drop off time. You will need to be present in order to receive the delivery. Some shippers require customer assistance in removing items from the tail end of the truck. It is your responsibility to move the equipment into your home.

PLEASE NOTE: Undeliverable items are subject to returns and restocking fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal of delivery, failure to return calls from shipping companies to schedule a delivery, and failure to show up for a scheduled delivery will result in returns and restocking fees.

Installation and Assembly

Customers are responsible for verifying receipt of all items, including condition upon arrival. Occasionally, items are damaged or lost in transit. In order for Fitness Goals Zone to recover damages or shortages from the shipping company, and complete or replace your order, all issues must be noted on the delivery bill. Please thoroughly inspect your order prior to signing for the items and releasing the delivery driver. If you are not able to fully inspect everything at that time, please write “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery bill before signing.

If you have any special delivery requests or instructions, please contact us ahead of time. Some shipping companies offer lift gate service or inside delivery for an extra fee. It is important that we receive special requests prior to shipment to determine if the requests can be met, and to make special arrangements.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from receipt of the order to return it. All returned products must be in new, unused condition, in the original box, and include all documentation, parts, and accessories. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please call customer service at 901-443-7653 or contact us by email at to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which allows us to keep track of the return. Products showing signs of wear or use cannot be returned.

Please note: Custom made items cannot be returned unless the item was received defective, damaged, or broken.


Please allow 2-4 weeks to fully process your return. It takes 5-10 business days for return shipped items to be received at the manufacturer’s warehouse. Once your return is received, it will be inspected for damage, wear, and completeness. When the inspection is complete, we will process your refund within 72 hours and apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to be processed and reflected on your credit card statement.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Credit amounts may be reduced if products are returned damaged or missing the original packaging, documentation, or parts.


Please Note: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have any questions about the restocking fee, please contact us prior to placing your order. Once the product has shipped from the warehouse, the return policy and restocking fee apply. Items refused upon delivery are also subject to the restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Returned products must be shipped back to the original manufacturer warehouse. Fitness Goals Zone recommends that customers obtain a tracking number and shipping insurance to cover any potential damage or loss of the product by the shipper during the returns process. To better ensure timely processing of refunds, Fitness Goals Zone requests customers to forward tracking information for returns to our customer service department, so we may confirm receipt by the manufacturer.

Undeliverable Items

Undeliverable items are subject to return shipping and restocking fees. Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is fully accessible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, Fitness Goals Zone will work to resolve the issue by either 1) replacing broken parts, or 2) shipping a new replacement product.

When replacing parts, Fitness Goals Zone will work with the manufacturer of the item to process the request as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

Canceling Orders

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 901-443-7653 or email us at within 2 hours. Orders are automatically processed on a continuous basis. We make every attempt to cancel your order as long as the product has not left the warehouse. Once your order has entered the shipping and handling process, it cannot be canceled
